General Information

Q: Why did my slime shrink? A: With excessive play, slimes with eventually deflate. This is most common in clay slimes, however almost every single slime will deflate.

Q: How do I fix sticky slime? A: We include a care sheet and borax baggie in every order, add the provided borax (1tsp) into one cup of warm water and mix until the powder is all dissolved. Add the activator into your slime SLOWLY! You will not need all of the activator, when the slime is fixed you can store the leftover in a labeled bottle.

Q: What is included in my package? A: All orders come with an extra baggie that includes a business card, borax baggie, a piece of candy, and a small toy/squishy! Larger orders will receive more extras, like mystery slimes or larger squishes

Q: When will my package ship? A: All orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Our processing time is 1-7 business days, but may ship quicker than that.

Q: I received the wrong item or something is missing from my order, what do I do? A: Please send us an email at contact@slimehim.com if you ever have an issue with your order.

Q: Can I cancel or return my order? A: As stated in our TOS, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us.

Q: Help! I put the wrong address, what should I do? A: If you put the wrong address during check-out and your order has not yet shipped, send us an email with your order number, email, and correct address. If your package has already shipped, contact USPS to redirect your package to the correct address.

Q: What do you use in your slimes? A: We typically use different skin safe fragrance oils, PVA glue, foam beads, instant snow, shredded foam, shaving cream, borax, baby powder, corn starch, baby oil, etc. If you have any allergies towards any of these items we do not suggest purchasing our slime.

Q: My slime smells good, can I eat it? A: NO! Never consume our products, they are not edible.
